Backup Camera Mode: The camera and transmitter are powered by the cables that power your vehicle's reverse lights. When you put your vehicle into reverse gear, your reversing lights turn on and power is sent to the camera and the transmitter, sending out a video signal. With push of the AV switch button, the GPS unit then switches over to the camera view. You can also connect camera to car ignition power, and see camera view anytime. At any time monitor can switch between camera view and GPS view.

 

Bluetooth Mode: Unit will make you totally hand-free when you answer the phone, whenever a call is coming, no matter you're navigating, listening music or backing up, the unit will switch to Bluetooth mode automatically, after you hand up, the unit will switch back to the previous mode.

How does the wireless reversing camera work?
The reversing camera consists of a transmitter and receiver to send a clear video image. The wireless reversing camera
is easily installed onto the rear of your vehicle near your number plate. All wiring can easily be hidden.
The camera uses a 2.4Ghz transmitter, installed in your car boot or similar location, to send a clear signal over distances
up to 150 feet in open space (20-30 feet in car installation). The camera's receiver is connected to the cigarette lighter
power adapter and powers the GPS unit and receives the video signal from the transmitter.
The camera itself and the transmitter are powered by the cables that power your vehicle's reverse lights. When you   put
your vehicle into reverse gear, your reversing lights turn on and power is sent to the camera and the transmitter, sending
out a video signal. The GPS unit then automatically switches over to the camera view.

When your take your vehicle out of reverse gear, the reverse lights go out and the camera stops sending an image. At
the same time the unit will stop showing the camera's image and return to the previous function.

This unit is designed to support two reverse cameras. Only one camera will auto-switch on the screen.

How does GPS work?
The heart of any GPS navigation devices is the GPS receiver, which has the simple task of finding at least three GPS
satellites out of the 27 currently orbiting the earth.

When you switch your GPS on, it starts searching for satellites to get its GPS fix.

The GPS receiver then calculates how far it is from each of the satellites to establish your position to an accuracy of
within just 5 feet.

Now that it knows where you are, your GPS displays that information on its map, so you have a nice and easy way to   
see your location.

With that information safely stored in its memory, the built-in computer plans the best route to your chosen destination.

Throughout your journey, the GPS will continue to be in contact with the satellites and provide you with additional and
helpful information, such as how far you’ve traveled and your ETA, for example.

Warranty & Return Policy:

• ONE YEAR WARRATY against manufacturer's defects. We provide exchange service for defective cameras in one year. Product must be in original condition with all the original accessories. Upon receiving defective item, we will either fix it or ship you a replacement.
• You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges when returning any items. Items returned for a refund that are not defective will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the purchase price. Returned item needs to be received by 4UCam within 14 days (U.S. and Territories) from original delivery, within 30 days on International returns. Returned Item must be in new condition and with original packaging.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you want to refund any free shipping item, you have to pay the non-refundable shipping handling fee (USA $15; international $35).
• Please understand that we do not sell used or returned items. 20% restock fee imposed by the factory, and therefore we charge 20% restocking fee for non-defect item returned.
