Beautifully carved wooden book rest with rotating metal page holders.  Inscription on the back states "Corpus Christi College, Cambridge".

It is in good condition for its age.  The support stand at the rear is not fixed firmly and can be taken off, please see photos.  There is a temporary fix but a more permanent fix may be desirable.  (The rear stand will be removed for posting).  There is a minor split on top left and a chip in the wood at the base of the split - minimal movement.

Dimensions:

Each "page" of the book rest is 14.5cm wide, with a height (to the ledge of 22 cm.

The overall height of the item is 27 cm and 28 cm wide.
