A Bachmann OO gauge 31-995 Co-Co Class D16/1 (LMS 10000) diesel locomotive number 10000 in British Railways green livery with black and red pin-striping and cream coloured roof. It has the late BR crest on the sides and the running number is printed in raised cream letters on the cab sides.

The model is very well detailed and features windscreen wipers, white handrails, etched rooftop grille with realistic cooling fan beneath, a footplate crew in the cab, cab-top horns and lamp irons.

It is in very good used condition with some small minor marks on the roof livery. All buffer heads, lamp hangers etc are intact. It has a coupling at one end for rolling stock and there's a NEM pocket at the driver end for a coupling or blanking plate to be fitted if required. Some cab door handrails have breaks if you look closely.

On the track, it is 21-pin DCC Ready and just needs a decoder to be compatible with digital layouts. It runs well in both directions. It is fitted with directional lighting showing white to the front and red to the rear. It is also fitted with cab lighting. All the lighting works correctly and can be disabled using switches under the fuel tank.

It is supplied in its original Bachmann box complete with interior protective clamshell pack, a small detail pack and an outer sleeve. There are no instructions.
