Natural polished stone 5" tall vase, with a fitted 14.5" tall twisted blown glass leaf / reed / flower .  The vase interior has a plastic lining, and appears to have been used for holding a fragrant diffuser oil (see pics for include down spout/shim). Overall this stands about 19.5" tall.  The glass will wobble slightly when in its vase if handled, and leans slightly off of center.  I used the *pictured 4" soft plastic spout as a shim in a spot along the rim to keep it from tilting at all.  The stem is stable and won't fall out or over.

The base/ vase weighs 2 lbs, and overall this is just under 3 lbs.  There are no identifying markings or labels.
