This exquisite box was manufactured around 1907 by Mt.Washington/Pairpoint in New Bedford, MA 

and is signed with the Pairpoint stamp on the bottom.  Mt Washington Glass became Pairpoint Glass in 1894 but continued to use the Mt Washington signature stamp until about 1907.  

It stands 3 inches high, it is 6 1/4 inches across the top and 7 1/4” across the bottom and has a 5 inch depth.  This box also has a stunningly intricate green and gold hand painted floral design.  The bottom interior lining is no longer attached but I have left it intact in case you want to reattach it or have a new interior placed.
