A really superb pair of made to measure genuine vintage William Morris 'Compton' in Terracotta. These are made from Sanderson and Sons fabric, in excellent used condition. Fully lined in cotton lining with blackout backing.
Weighted. Beatifully tailored and these come with a matching pelmet and a cushion cover if wanted.

Rare to get such big curtains in this fabric and these came from a patio door so would suit the same or another wide window - measurements below.
They are a very heavy cotton or cotton linen mix, top quality Sanderson fabric.
This fabric is still available to buy and retails around £100 per metre, so to get curtains made up new in this size would be around £1700

The photos are good by eye and the face fabric is in excellent condition with no fading - last photo is just the sun not fading. There is some fading on one edge of each - see pics. As each curtain is made of two full widths of fabric the leading edge can be the unfaded edge.
Colour wise there are so many very close matches to Farrow and Ball, Studio Green for the main background and Green smoke for leaves, Red Earth, picture gallery red  adn bamboozle are close to the terracottas and matchstick, string, chord. London stone to the neutrals. - if you would like a photo against a particular colour just let me know.

The linings are generally in sound condition, - there are some marks and foxing, mostly around the hem and some of the blackout backing is perishing - see photos.

The dimensions above are for EACH curtain in the pair, un-gathered. Below are the measurements in inches and in centimetres.
When fully pleated they are about half the un pleated with but this is adjustable using the strings in the header tape.

Width: 102 inches (260cm) each ungathered - these can easily span a 3 metre window
Drop : 85 inches (217cm)

The pelmet has goblet pleats so is fixed width. If you intend to use this it measures 100 inches (255cm0
Or plenty of fabric to make tie backs, cushions etc.

I try to measure accurately but sometimes room for minor error so let me know if more precision needed.
