Very sought after Kenwood TS-850S.

Excellent condition. So the knock on this great radio is the carrier board goes bad and the digital display goes out. (Google it) Except on this radio it was done by the previous owner. Yes! I will provide you with that receipt! (10/23). See photos!!

Secondly on this great radio is the battery issue, they go bad and you have to re-solder a new battery in, well guess what? Not on this radio the battery conversion has been done and no soldering involved to replace it.

The radio was gone thru in 2023 , everything working 100 percent! Photos and receipts attached!!

This radio has the built in Attenna tuner, works 100 percent (3:1).   

Look and listen to the video, I made contact with ham call IQ6AN station in Italy on first call, from

Massachusetts with my old rickety vertical antenna on the ground. 

This listing also offers a great "Heil microphone" already hooked up for the Kenwood and a microphone stand I bought on the side. Look at the photos , look at the mic, look at the receipts...if you can find better?? Buy it!! You won't and we both know that !!! 

 

Do notice the previous owner put his initials on the bottom cover of the radio. See photos. Never bothered me , you don't see it when the radio is sitting on your desk, it's on the bottom. 

  

 Buyer pays actual shipping with a receipt, I will use pirate shipping which is usually cheaper but not cheap. Depends where you are I suspect $49-75 dollars.  

 

Buy it before I change my mind !!! I have 10 radios and as is the ham radio creed I'm trying to make room. 

Comes with great bound copy of manual! 

 

If the carr board wasn't done don't buy it, or you will be doing the carr board  (GOOGLE IT!!)
