Measures 17" tall and the base is approximately 8" x 4"

Plaque is inscribed with "high point man" back in 1955 in Prineville Oregon

CONDITION: Good used condition. Wood base has a few dings and nicks. A few spots on the metal cup part that isn't as shiny as the rest. Please see pictures for more on condition.
