The 810e ES2 is a non-cutaway dreadnought shape of Taylor's flagship 800 Series model.
Equipped with the ES2 System unveiled at the NAMM Show 2014, the 810e ES2 features a Sitka spruce top, Indian rosewood sides and back, maple binding, tropical mahogany neck, smoky ebony fingerboard, “Element” Inlays, ES2 PU system, Vol/Treble/Bass controls, head veneer and pickguard.
The wide-range sound and realistic tone of the dreadnought are the hallmarks of this model.
The guitar shows signs of use (small dents, scuffs, and scratches on the top of the body, small scratches on the sides and back, picking marks, slight deflection around the bridge, fogging and bits on the metal parts, etc.).
The guitar has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, bridge gap filling, rubbing, bracing, gluing, saddle adjustment, nut nut adjustment, etc.) when it was first received. The fret board is high enough to play well, and the truss rod can be adjusted to +/- 60 degrees.
The truss rod can be adjusted in the tightening and loosening directions, and its operation has been confirmed to be ±60°.
