The 6.5`` system for the 2WD 1/2-ton GM trucks mimics the geometry of the tried and true, FMVSS No.126 compliant 4WD lift systems. The kits include a pair of fully boxed heavy duty crossmembers and robust ductile iron steering knuckles engineered to work with the redesigned steering rack. This coupled with the crossmember braces creates an incredibly strong front subframe designed to correct suspension geometry while increasing ground clearance. To retain factory ride quality a pair of bolt-on strut spacers are used to provide lift. These install easily without the need to disassemble the factory strut. Also included in the kit are brake line brackets, sway bar relocation, rear 5`` blocks, u-bolts, your choice of hydro or nitro rear shocks and all the necessary hardware to complete the install.

Optional accessories for this lift kit include Zone front skid plate and rear add-a-leaf kit and are available separately. As with all Zone kits, this 6.5`` system is backed by Zone`s limited lifetime warranty, FMVSS No.126 ESC system compliance, and 5-year 60,000-mile drivetrain protection through 560plus.com.

We provide limited warranty for each brand of product we sell. Most of the brand products offer limited lifetime warranty.

If you have a warranty issue please contact us in order to get it processed. Typically we charge for a replacement shock to be shipped out and once you install it and ship them bad shock bad and if we find it to be defective we issue a refund for the replacement shock that was sent. Minor oil leak in the shock is usually not considered a warranty issue.

We will not give a refund on any parts that have not been pre-approved. We require that you contact us by email or through eBay return process (if it is a whole order that needs to be returned) for a RA# number & instructions prior to returning any parts.

RA must be requested up to 30 days after the item is delivered. Any RA requested after the 30 day cutoff will be declined. Item cannot be installed or attempted to be installed, and must be returned in perfect sellable condition in order to receive the full credit. Item must be received by us up to 30 days after the RMA is requested.

Incorrect/damaged merchandise MUST be reported 3 days after receiving the item. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the returned item. All return merchandise must be insured for/or greater than the original purchase price at customer's price to cover the entire contents of the products and packaging. Products damaged during the return ship process back to the shipping warehouse are the full responsibility of the customer and the shipping company in which the customer chooses.

Any and all return requests will be handled at the discretion of Dvinternational company.

All orders that are canceled before the package has been processed for shipment are subject to a cancellation fee of $20.00 or 5% whichever is greater.

Orders that are canceled after they are processed and packaged for shipment will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Packages that are refused at the time of delivery will be charged a 15% restocking fee and all return shipping fees will be deducted from return credit.

We have several stocking warehouses across USA & Canada and ship products from the closest stocking warehouse to you. Fastest delivery we’ve seen was on the next day. You may even pick up from a stocking warehouse if that warehouse permits us to do so. We ship most of our orders with Fedex and UPS, but still some orders can be shiped with USPS.

We will make no guarantees on delivery date or shipping date regardless of shipping method selected. All shipping times do not include the day of the shipment, holidays, or weekends. Our business hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm PST.

Some or all packages we ship may require a signature at the time of delivery. FedEx will make 3 attempts to deliver your package. If on the 3rd attempt no one is available to sign for the package, it will be returned to us.
