Instrument will need cleaning. The rubber rotor bumpers need replacing and the rotor spindle bearing plates are worn out and loose. It also has a couple loose braces. The 1st slide and 4th rotor slide are stuck. The instrument will likely need a valve job. This may be best for parts. The case shows signs of wear as the hinges are shot.
