This is the
CASE ONLY and DOES NOT include the game.
This item is
Brand New still sealed in original cellophane wrapper.
The case is
a DVD Size, Single Disc Holder Suitable for PC, PlayStation 3 or 4 or XBOX
360 discs and comes complete with the magnetic Footballer Hologram on the front
cover.
I have
photographed one out of the cellophane, but the one you will receive is still
wrapped (See First and Last Photos)
Here is an
opportunity to add another Iconic case to your collection.
Condition:
This item is new and unused and still wrapped in its original
cellophane.
Please study the photographs which are of an item the same as the
one you will receive, that has been removed from its cellophane for the purpose
of providing photographs, as these form part of, and support the item
description. I have also included Photos of the sealed item that you will
receive.

The winning bidder will receive the items shown
in the photographs.
The items are sold ‘as is’.
I aim to give as accurate a description of the item as I can, and will advise you
of any defects that I am aware of.
Please study the photographs which are of the item you will receive, as these
form part of, and support the item description and show any condition issues I
have found.
Many of the items
that I sell, we have purchased ‘second hand’ over the years, but I have no idea
if they came from a smoke-free, pet free, allergens-free environment. My own
home is smoke and pet free.

Payment:
All Buyers: - Payment must be made by any
means acceptable to eBay.
Collection Only Buyers: - Cash on Collection
All Buyers: - I expect all winning bidders to
provide payment within 3 working days of the auction closing, after which I
will issue a reminder. I will begin the unpaid item process if no response or
payment has been received after 5 days. If no response
or payment has been received after 7 days of the Auction closing, the item will
be re-listed or offered to second chance buyer.
Post and Packaging:

UK Bidders: - Buyer Collection available from
the Southampton SO31 Postcode Area.
In the UK all items will be marked ‘‘Fragile – Handle with Care’
and will be despatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class UK ‘Signed For’ Service which
requires a signature upon delivery, or a ‘Courier’ delivery service, depending
on the size and weight of the package.
All Bidders: - I aim to
despatch items within 2 working day of receipt of payment from eBay.
I endeavour to ensure items are
securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Should you receive an item
where the packaging has obviously been damaged in transit, please photograph
the package and damage before opening, as it will be required as proof should
we require to make a claim against the delivery company.
Postage Discounts UK Bidders: - I am
happy to offer a postage discount, (if the items you win have a P&P Charge
included in the listing), if you win more than one auction in a 24 Hour period,
provided you advise me that you are bidding on multiple lots and I am able to
combine the lots into a single shipment.
If there is no P&P Charge applied to the listing there will obviously be no
discount available.
Postage Discounts Overseas Bidders: - I
understand that the only way to obtain a Multiple Item postage discount when
using eBay’s Global Shipping Programme (GSP), is to combine all the items you
are bidding on, into one basket and to contact eBay to request a Postage
discount be applied.
Refunds & Exchanges:
I am a private seller, not a shop, business or trader and as such
do not normally offer refunds or exchanges. However, upon receipt of the goods,
if you believe that they are not as advertised or have been misrepresented in
the listing detail, please contact me via eBay e-mail to discuss. All excepted
returns are at the buyer’s expense.
In the event of an item going missing or getting damaged once in
the hands of the postal service, I will instigate a claim with Royal Mail or
the Courier company, and once I have been reimbursed, I will issue a refund to
the purchaser.
