Up for auction is a great Pokemon 25th Anniversary Jumbo Binder With 26 Jumbo Cards.

All cards are in excellent condition but I am not a professional card grader, so take a look at the images and make a condition assessment for yourself.

The binder is in excellent condition with no cracking or splits on the seams or discoloration. The pages are all in good condition. The book holds 30 cards, but this auction features 26 cards, all pictured. (4 empty pages.) If you have questions or would like additional pictures, please ask.
