I purchased this bird along with other pieces from Frank at Pheasant Run Resort, at the Decoy Show in the 90’s.

It has both his signature and stamp that he used early on.

Renowned for his realistic decoys as well as his whimsical folk art birds, his sculptures are highly coveted.

This bird has been stored in a case.

I have included black light photos to show that there has been no in-painting, repairs or restorations.
