An absolute gem.  Just serviced and refurbished, this Elgin 15 jewel features a new band, beautiful fancy dial, a new glass crystal, and a solid 14k gold case.  Dial and hands are near flawless.  14k solid gold case by Leon.W.C.Co. is an old conversion of a hunter case.  The inner bezel holds the crystal and the outer cover pops open with a push of the crown like an old hunter case.  Case is in nice condition and functions very well, hinges show wear at the tips but they are tight and stop near 90 degrees when opened.  Inside is a 15 jewel, bright nickel movement that has just been refurbished and is in excellent running and timekeeping condition.
