This Set was never used, thus everything is new,  including an 8 count box of Binney-Smith Crayola Crayons.  Please view the pictures carefully.   The instructions are included on how to build both a Firehouse and a school house.  Most of the pieces are cardboard punch outs.  The box shows yellowing and wear.
