Poiché non esistono sesta e settima stampa con copertina rigida, l'ottava stampa è in realtà la sesta, con una tiratura molto più piccola rispetto alle due precedenti che rendono l'ottava molto più rara della seconda. Ciò potrebbe essere dovuto dal fatto che questa tiratura contiene erroneamente il testo originale della prima edizione, compreso l'errore a pagina 53 (1 Wand' due volte). Questo errore è stato corretto dopo la prima stampa e per ragioni sconosciute è nuovamente presente nell'ottava.

Il libro è in condizioni ottime. Rilegatura senza segni, iscrizioni o timbri. Le pagine sono pulite e luminose, con lievissimi imbrunimenti. La sovracopertina è anch’essa in ottime condizioni con colori vivaci senza sbiadimenti o segni di usura.

Since there are no sixth and seventh hardcover printings, the eighth printing is actually the sixth, with a much smaller print run than the previous two making the eighth printing much rarer than the second printing. This may have to do with the fact that this printing incorrectly contains the original text of the first edition, including the error on page 53 (1 Wand' twice). This error was corrected after the first printing and for unknown reasons is present again in the eighth printing.

The book is in excellent condition. Binding without marks, inscriptions or stamps. The pages are clean and bright, with very light smearing. The dust jacket is also in excellent condition with vibrant colors with no fading or wear.
