This is a Tennessee Rose manufactured by Terada Musical Instruments in Japan during the 10-odd years between Gretsch's revival and its acquisition by Fender.

This model is equivalent to Chet Atkins' signature model, his Tennessean.

The body and neck are each made of maple, with a 16-inch single cutaway body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard.

The pickup is a genuine Filtertron, the bridge is a Tune-O-Matic type, and the tailpiece is a Bigsby, making it a standard Gretsch specification.

Controls are master volume / 2 volume / master tone.

As for the condition, there are paint chips on the top of the head and scratches that are appropriate for the model year, but there is no damage that would significantly impair the appearance.

The neck is in good condition, the truss rod has plenty of room, about 70% of the frets remain, and the playing surface is in good condition! !
