This is a rare vintage collectible wine poster by the well known cartoonist Ronald Searle in 1986. It was originally produced as a promotional poster for the Taltarni Moonambel, Victoria, Australia, in 1986.

The poster is titled ‘Austria: Authorities submitting suspect wine to ever more profound analysis’, and depicts a gentleman making notes by a day bed and surrounded by full and empty bottles of wine.

There is a 10cm crease down the back of the day bed but otherwise the poster is in good condition for its age. Please see photos.

It measures 21” x 14”.
