This YCL-250 is a beautiful example of Yamaha's popular student model. It's clear that this instrument has been taken care of-  the plating on the keys, the corks, pads and springs are all in top condition. The body has very minimal scratching and no cracks. This Yamaha was just serviced: completely disassembled and polished, lubricated and adjusted so that it's ready to play. Any damaged pads were replaced. I've found that often it's the small adjustments that make a big difference in how enjoyable an instrument is to play. The YCL-250 is a very popular student clarinet for good reason- it is well built and performs superbly.
