This listing is for an antique icon that I believe is Russian Orthodox. The metal has no purity mark that I can make out, although what may be the number 84 appears in the upper right corner inside the laurel leaf border. High relief image with cutouts showing painted faces and hands. Mounted to the solid wood back with small tacks in the corners as can be seen in photo #7. Image size is 4 1/2" by 4 1/2". The wooden back is 5 1/2" by 5 1/2" by 3/4" thick. Sold in good as found condition as seen in the photos. You will receive the actual item shown.
