The Playtime Baby Brother Ponies, printed in Year 7 (1988-1989), were the only full set of baby boy ponies ever sold in any country. Like the two baby boys from the Peek-a-Boo Baby Ponies set, all of the Playtime Baby Brothers have poseable heads and Clydesdale-type hooves, very similar to the Big Brother Ponies. Among the six ponies in this set, there are three different body poses, but only one head. Two of the bodies are the same ones that were used for the Peek-a-Boo boy ponies, but the head and the third body (in a striding pose) are exclusive to the Playtime Baby Brother set.

Baby Leaper is a green baby male earth pony with yellow hair and lavender eyes. His symbol is a green frog with black eyes and nose and a pink mouth. He stands in the Baby Whirly Twirl Pose, and has the Playtime Baby Brother head.
