Q: Can you send me a specific photo of an item?

A: In order to run our business as smoothly as possible, we are unable to satisfy everyones request for additional photos other than those listed in the auction. We make every attempt to show detailed photos of all items for sale.

Q: Is this item damaged in any way?

A: All items we sell are in like new condition unless otherwise specified. 

Q: I need this item shipped fast, do you offer express shipping?

A: Yes. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Contact me for rates.

Q: I have a problem with my item, what should I do?

A: Send me an email using the contact seller link and I will address any issues that you may have with your item. Please contact me BEFORE filing a claim.

Q: My dog accidentally clicked the buy it now button and purchased this item, can you cancel this sale?

A: In order to preserve our integrity with our customers, any eBay member bidding OR purchasing and item and not paying will be blocked from bidding/purchasing ANY items in the future. NO EXCEPTIONS.
