It has the words "Indirect Drive" stamped under FP-S48. The wires are in tact. All prongs are on plug. It is a clean piece. I actually cleaned it up more. 

This can be used in a 4-channel plane, such as for elevator, rudder, throttle and air control. I saw that it could possibly be used for the 4-channel radio FP R4F receiver.
