Very good condition overall.
The hi hat rod does have a slight bend to it. If you had to take it on tour tomorrow, it would be fine but if you want it cosmetically perfect than it can potentially be straightened out in a vice. Otherwise, brand new hi hat rods are relatively inexpensive and can be ordered online easily.
