Original Artwork for "Monster Masterpieces™" the painted history of the horror film card set (#8 Metropolis 1927).
Distributed thru Diamond comics originally in 2003, the series is still published today and available here on Ebay.
Released as a poster print for a short run in 2007-2008.

The painting is acrylic on thick illustration board. It is from my personal collection.
Image size is approx 11 x 17 inches. Total size with board (12 1/4 x 19 1/4) inches.
Artwork is approx 20 years old and in good condition (See pics.).

Comes also with # 8 card artist signed.

Scott Jackson is known most for his covers for the controversial “Rock n Roll Comics“ series (’89 -’93).
Jackson’s work has been featured by rock bands Kiss, Pink Floyd, Megadeth and many others.
Currently Mr. Jackson operates his haunted art studio (Monsterman Graphic™), is resident poster designer for Philadelphia’s Monster-Mania horror convention, and 5 x Rondo award winning cover artist for Scary Monsters Magazine.
