Free Standard or Freight Shipping

For Freight shipped products, an appointment for delivery is required for residential addresses. Please ensure that your account has a valid contact number for your order to be delivered.

For Standard Ground Shipping, in the event that you know you will not be present at the delivery location to receive your order, please contact us and we can arrange your item to be delivered to a local access point for pickup.

Items eligible for Free Return must be Unused, New and in the original packaging.

Items returned in used or damaged state may result in partial refund.

For Items Not As Described, Damaged, or Wrong Item Received, please contact our customer service team prior to opening your return request.

For damaged or warranty claim items, photos must be submitted for review.
