This gorgeous Graduated Vintage Copper and brasses handled Set of 5 Saucepans and a Frying/Saute Pan were purchased and brought to the Uk from the south west coast of France.

The set consists of:-

24cm Frying/Saute Pan

20cm, 18cm, 16cm, 14cm & 12cm Saucepans

All the saucepans and frying pan have a Brass Handle and a made in France Stamp. The stamp style and format tells me that they are Mauvile or Atelier du Cuivre who were the only makers to use this particular stamp. They are all in a great condition and apart from a slight dent on one pan (last picture) that is hardly noticeable around base edge from use they are in a lovely shape. When purchased in france the came from a family and were on display in there kitchen. They were tarnished and unloved.

I spent quite a while nourishing and highly polishing the Copper and brass to the condition that you see here photographed. From my efforts purchasing, transporting and Polishing the pans the starting price I think is very reasonable for such a lovely looking set. The pans are metal lined and is in a nice condition in each one. They would be fine to cook in but would look fantastic on display in the right setting.
