A genuine Rolleiflex leather case which I am told is for the 2.8F and 3.5F but it is outside of my knowledge - I have looked on Ebay and it is very similar to some described (and sold) as 2.8F / 3.5F. There seem to be at least two different types of cases for these. It comes with a scissor strap and a scruffly Rolleiflex box without the top. Cosmetically very good with light wear consistent to age  and fully operational (A nice sort of patina on the case). The front part of the case has hinge at top and bottom enabling easeier opening / closing. It does not have the detachable leather piece that goes over the meter, etc. which (I think??) is on the other variation of the case.

Please look at photos to determine that this is the case for you. I am sorry but retunds on this are only for mis-descriptions.
