1. Processing/Shipping times:
Shipments go out usually in the beginning of the week, which means that -if your order comes in after Wednesday afternoon, it will most probably be shipped on the following Monday or Tuesday.
I CAN SHIP PACKAGES to most countries, but please understand that there might be small delays in delivery, due to each country's postal system's measures regarding the current pandemic. Combined shipping is available for multiple purchases. The cost for the combined shipping charge will be determined when you are finished with your purchases. Only then will I be able to calculate the weight of your order. Shipping for larger orders will vary depending on where the buyer is located (European Union or Rest Of The World). The exact shipping cost will be determined when your purchases will be completed. For any overpaid shipping charges, you will receive a refund when the total shipping cost for your combined orders has been determined. Thank you.
3. Delivery times:
-if you live inside Europe, I can tell you that a normal waiting period is 2 weeks, maybe a bit more. I have had packages delivered within five days, but others took more time.
-if you live in Japan, US and Canada, the waiting period should be about 3 weeks.
-if there is more delay, than what I mentioned above, I will work with you in any way that I can from my end to help get through any problems, so that your order reaches you safe and sound. If there is a claim we need to make to the Postal Service, it is I who can do it (even if the package has already reached the US, the USPS won’t accept a claim made by the addressee). In most cases this means that I have to pay 5.00 Euros ($6.00) to open the case, which is something I can live with if it helps you get your order. But this can be done ONLY IF you have not received your order after 2 months, or if the package appears to NOT be moving 6 weeks after it was posted.
-I will always send your package Registered (signed-for delivery, with tracking number) and provide the tracking number as soon as it’s on its way.
-I will always do my best to honor my end of our transaction.
4. But, you also need to know the following:
-I don’t run the USPS, nor any other postal service for that matter, so I am not responsible for their delays.
-I don’t appreciate abusive messages.
-If you show kindness and honesty, I will always try to help out and communicate. If, though, a person is not honest, if a person does not have manners, if he is abusive, then he won’t be taken seriously. In that case, please refrain from buying from me or from bidding on my auctions. I don’t need that kind of business or transaction.
