Vintage solid STERLING SILVER men's ring. Marked ".925 BGE" and "SEMPER FIDELIS". BGE stands for BRADFORD GOLD EXCHANGE. I am guessing that the gold on the ring is gold plated. Cubic zirconia gemstones I am assuming.
