- die Verpackung des Produktes ist geöffnet, aber das Produkt ist unbenutzt, nie in Betrieb gesetzt / eingeschaltet

Falls Sie über eine Umsatzsteuernummer oder Umsatzsteuer-Identnummer verfügen, teilen Sie uns diese mit.

Wenn für Sie die Ausnahmen nach dem Umsatzsteuergesetz (UStG § 4 Abs. 1 bis 6) zutreffen oder Sie als Kleinunternehmer nach § 19 UStG tätig sind außerhalb von Europa das Produkt kaufen möchten, melden Sie uns das bitte vor der Lieferung, damit wir die Rechnung zum Nettopreis stellen können.

Voraussetzungen der Umsatzsteuerbefreiung sind u.a.:

- Ausfuhrlieferungen und Lohnveredlungen an Gegenständen der Ausfuhr

- Waren der Einfuhr in das Gebiet eines EU-Mitgliedstaates

-  Zielland ist entweder ein Land außerhalb der EU oder ein sogen. Drittland

If you have a valid EU VAT number or want to have the product shipped outside Europe please let us know before you buy the product because in this case the product can be sold at a net price.

We are able to issue an invoice of the net price only if it is in compliance with the conditions, it was indicated by the customer and the price was switched over to the net price beforehand.

Conditions of net invoicing:

- The customer must have a valid EU VAT number (we are able to deliver the product to the registered office of the company and issue the invoice to the same name and address)

- The country of destination is either a third country or a country outside the European Union
