Up for auction is a Rare, NEW, Union Pacific Railroad 'Big Boy' Locomotive 4017, Photo Poster 40 inches Long.

This high quality, detailed photo poster, features a composite photo of the 4-8-8-4 articulated Union Pacific 'Big Boy' locomotive 4017, based on images taken by Dan Helland in 1982. 4017 is part of the collection at the National Railroad Museum, at Green Bay, Wisconsin USA.

4017 was built in December 1941, and was one of 25 of this type. Including the water tender it, is 132ft 9.87 inches, (40.48m), long. It is one of the worlds largest coal fired steam locomotives ever built.

Printed in the USA, the poster was purchased from the Railroad Museum Shop in Green Bay. It has never been on display, and has been stored away in it's original mailing tube for the past 10 years
