Good condition.  The covers exhibit shelf-wear along the edges and spine. There is also staining on the back cover along the edges. The magazine was stored in an attic. The top right hand corner pages look like they has been chewed by a little mousie! 

The text pages have light toning but are clean with no writing, marks, stains, etc.
