I have

Replaced center gear

Lubricated mechanism

Cleaned the capstan rollers and heads

Tuned speed

Cleaned outside body and case.

The headphones have a new jack on them.

One small issue is rewind wants to auto stop sometimes so you need to hold down rewind and then play once you want to play it. Also it is sadly missing a screw because I had to drill it out since the screw was completely rusted out.

NOTE: do not open the door when in play mode. This can damage the mechanism. Always stop the player before moving the cassette. Even though it is in working order it is still an old machine and needs to be cared for.
