Nifty 4-H Club ornament probably from the 1970s.  Made of Metal with Stained glass inserts for the nose and scarf.  Hat is painted enamel. Silvertone trim. Comes with a hanging thread, ready to go on the tree. Please review my pictures as part of my description. Thanks!
