This is a Pasta Scoop Spaghetti Server Fork with an Ornate Knotted Rope Handle.  This item appears to be Silver Plated and some form of metal.  I could not find any brand names or markings on it.  It measures approximately 11 inches long.  In nice used condition with possible minor blemishes or signs of wear such as water marks, age spots or light tarnish.  Shipped with USPS Mail.
