This console and the capture card are tested and working. The console may have minor wear. This is a Katsukity mod, which has gone out of business, but if you know where to find the drivers and software, the product key is still valid. Please refer to photos for over all condition.

Comes with the 3DS console, the usb cable to connect it to your computer, the Katsukity product key, and the manuals and inserts shown. No charger included.
