Excellent Working Condition. Please watch video All buttons and switches feel solid and work well. I did not hook it up to a monitor nor did I test recording. The unit is very clean and well taken care of.
*** UpDate*** I was able to plug it into the TV as you can see by the picture it does have video output on the coax.
