This item and its included accessories (with the exception of the adapter) are in excellent vintage condition. 

The adapter does not appear to work, but the calculator works brilliantly with 4 AA batteries. 

The box shows the slightest bit of wear from age and use. 

I could find no other flaws or damage to report.
