Wheels July 1974

Wheels is an Australian car magazine owned by “ARE Media” who acquired it in 2020. Wheels Magazine is sold in Australia and New Zealand only and was founded in May 1953 by Ray Yeomans. Since 1963 Wheels annually announces their “Car of the Year”, an award created by Bill Tuckey. Wheels Magazine is highly regarded by Australian and New Zealand car enthusiasts and makes for a great read, covering every aspect of car culture.

You are bidding on a July 1974 edition of Wheels Magazine featuring the Torana SL/R and Capri RS 3100 along with an interesting piece on the Lotus Elite for 1974. The condition I would describe as 9/10, excellent condition for its 49 years age and an outstanding collectible. This magazine has some excellent articles for the Ford, Holden, BMW, Chrysler,  Honda,  Toyota, Leyland, Alfa, Fiat, Renault, VW and Lotus enthusiasts making it a worthwhile addition to your collection of motoring memorabilia.
