They feature the construction of a huge National Aircraft Factory at Lincoln . These photos were taken in 1917 & 1918 . Of interest are the German POW’s who assisted in the building work ,

They belonged to Engineer in Charge of the project C.A .Lewin Please note I have separately listed a huge photo album which belonged to him . The album covers the entire construction of the factory in Lincoln and also has photos of Handley Page Bombers being built .
