This is an expired collectible license plate. All of my license plates are at least 10 years old, expired and follow eBay’s guidelines for selling license plates.

All of my vintage license plates may have dirt, dust, grime, rust, paint loss, stains, bends and torn metal. You will receive the exact license plate shown in the photos. I did not clean the license plate, some collectors like them with years of dirt and grime. The license plate will be shipped between two pieces of cardboard.
