ALL ITEMS ARE GUARANTEED AUTHENTIC OR YOUR MONEY BACK. ALSO PLEASE NOTE I STUFF MY BAGS FOR DISPLAY & PICTURES. WHEN YOU RECEIVE THEM THEY WILL NOT BE STUFFED SO EXPECT SOFT LEATHER WON'T BE STIFF AND MAY SLOUCH ESPECIALLY SACK STYLES. ASK QUESTIONS I ENCOURAGE IT.

Also since everyone's perception is different, please check measurements to get a better idea of the size (some common sense is required.) so that you can determine approx. size. Please note I take close-ups and that can make the bag look larger than it actually is. As with any pre-owned item, they may have a scuff or two and some creases in material from wear. Flaws if any, will be noted here unless I miss something which is the purpose of several pics. All Pre-owned items cleaned to the best of my ability; leather items are cleaned & conditioned with leather lotion if need be. I always give my personal opinion of my items but include several pics so you can decide for yourself. All dark colors, especially leather, wool and suede do not photograph well. Item looks better than pics, gently worn. Please feel free to email me if you require any further info prior to bidding.

COMBINED SHIPPING IS BASED ON PARCEL OR STANDARD SHIPPING RATES, PRIORITY SHIPPING IS ALL THAT IS OFFERED ON HIGER PRICED ITEMS AND ONES THAT REQUIRE SPECIAL CARE because priority items are insured. If you would like to use a different shipping method, please contact me and I can check the item plus insurance to offer the best possible price. additional items won shipped at 50% of quoted price on shipping calculator. I use calculated shipping rate based on actual weight to your zip code. Items are wrapped & shipped in a poly bag or box (depending upon the item) to give you best (exact) shipping weight/price. I do not overcharge for shipping. I would like to earn 5 stars for shipping price & price quoted is exact from post office of which I have no control.

We have a smoke-free pet free home. Items are cleaned & packaged right away and stored till shipping. I buy from many different places and will not buy from smokers if I know. Some items are found at estate sales and have been stored, may have musty smell and I note when I am not sure and I do my best to sell high quality items. I always advise items to be cleaned as you see fit once rec'd as the time & cost would not allow me to sell as low as I do, keeping in mind that 99% of my items are recycled (Pre-owned). If this may bother you then please re-consider bidding as I will no longer accept items back with odors as a reason ~ items are cleaned and sniffed prior to listing. Unfortunately, due to a few, I can no longer accept this as a reason. I will accept returns however, if you are not happy on case by case basis, I am more than willing to work with you and realize no one is perfect but no one will try harder than us. We reserve the right to cancel bids from any bidder who has no, low, or neg feedback due to Ebay changes. I do check bidders feedback.

Returns

I accept returns within 14 days. With new items such as this, if a return is necessary, it must be in the exact same condition as you receive them. These have never been opened except for the one boot for pictures, otherwise these have never even been tried on. New leather takes breaking in so be advised it may take a while.

Payment

BUY IT NOW & OFFERS ACCEPTED ARE DUE IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIPT OF INVOICE. If for some reason you cannot make the 48 hour deadline, please communicate to me and we can make other arrangements but without communication, I can only assume a non-payer and unpaid assistance is automatic on day 4. On day 3 item will be re-listed. Communication is the key to keep sellers and buyers happy.

Your item will typically be shipped within 1 business day (not including weekends or holidays) once payment has cleared. I ship through US Postal Service and can ship UPS if need be. If YOU CHOSE GROUND, I CANNOT GUARANTEE THE CONDITION YOU RECEIVE IT IN DUE TO THE SHIPPING COMPANY AS GROUND IS NOT INSURED. WHEN YOU CHOOSE GROUND YOU ARE ACCEPTING TO RECEIVE THIS ITEM 'AS IS' IN CASE IT BECOMES DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING. I PACKAGE WELL TO PROVIDE NO DAMAGE WHICH WOULD NOT BE MY FAULT. Should I run into any delays (out of town, weather, etc.) I will communicate this to you. We can always find a solution so please contact us prior to leaving unnecessary neg feedback.
