Up for auction is a vintage Robert David Morton is an almost neon green color.  The half-moon ruching at the waist gives it the distinctive deco look while cinching in the waist. The backing on the inside where the ruching is, has deteriorated, as shown in 2 photos, but this could simply be cut out without noticing from the outside.  The zipper is 22 inches with 3 eyehooks at the neckline in the middle of the back.  I see no exterior tears or damage.
