INGREDIENTS: 

Linseed oil, gelling agent: beef gelatin, humectant: glycerol, Vitamin K (as K2 menaquinone-7 CRYSTALS), Vitamin E (as D-alpha tocopherol), Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol from lanolin), color: yellow iron oxide, Vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate), color: red iron oxide.

DIRECTIONS: 

Take 1 capsule daily or as directed by your health care provider. If pregnant, nursing or taking medications, consult a healthcare professional before use.
