I have a Helix 5 Sonar G2 Serial #20090903-0561 for sale. 

It includes a trolling motor mount and works perfectly.

I have only mounted this on the trolling motor and the transducer is on the mounting bracket ready to go. I do not have the little plastic piece for transom mounting.
