This is SCHULTZ OPTOMETRY from the classic movie ‘A Christmas Story’.

Made by Department 56 in 2007, this is a long time RETIRED piece.

Even though this building was never seen in the movie, Ralphie had to get his glasses from somewhere, right?!?!

-piece itself is in nice condition.

-has original sign BUT it had to be modified, due to it’s odd composition material, the sign post crumbled & broke, so it’s remnant has been GLUED ONTO the spot instead of fitting into the sign’s hole.

-in box (although in poor condition) with sturdy, secure styrofoam inserts which protect the piece during shipping as well as in storage.

-comes complete with light cord & lightbulb.

HTF these collectibles for a reasonable and affordable price since they are becoming more and more desirable.

No chips, breaks or cracks.

***Box, although there, is in POOR condition with a lot of packing tape repairs.
