In 1998 The City of Toronto amalgamated with North York, East York, York, Scarborough, Etobicoke, and with it 6 Fire departments became one.. as Toronto Fire Services .  In celebration of the amalgamation this crest was produced this year.  A great keepsake with less than 100 produced.
