Cone-shaped party hat in satin-look fabric of light pink with while polka dots. Embellished at the top point with curled ribbons of dark pink and white, and topped with a fabric flower of dark pink.  Set atop an attached 4” diameter round base of light pink felt and 3 patterned ruffles of light and dark pink.  

The hat is attached to a stretchy open-weave headband, which is meant to go around the back of the head.
